Your MVP in production in 30 days

You have a product idea and need it in front of real users or investors, quickly.

A small full-stack team scopes it with you in a 3-day workshop, builds it with AI agents in the workflow and puts it into production by day 30.

The fixed price is broken down COST+ style.

Who it is for

  • Startups

You need a first version to test with users or to show investors.

  • Fintech teams

You want to test a new product line before you build it in full.

  • Companies without a product team

You want a new product before you hire people for it.

What you get

  • A small full-stack team

A product builder, a developer and a QA engineer. AI agents write code and tests; a person reviews every change.

  • A product in production

A web app, or a mobile app built with React Native, deployed and ready for its first users.

  • A demo every week

Every Friday you see working software and decide what comes next.

  • Code that is yours

You own the source code, the repositories and the intellectual property.

  • A next step after launch

Keep the same team through team augmentation, or take the code in-house.

What fits in 30 days

An MVP tests one idea with real users. We agree its scope in the workshop so that it fits the 30 days.

  • One platform

    Web or mobile, not both.

  • Three to five core user flows

For example sign-up, the main task and payment.

  • Up to two external integrations

For example a payment provider, an identity check or a partner API.

  • Planned for a later phase

Certifications such as PCI DSS, licensing work and large data migrations.

How the 30 days work

  1. Days 1–3: workshop

Goals, users, core flows and the fixed price for that scope.

  2. Days 4–14: core flows

Architecture, the main flows and the first demos.

  3. Days 15–26: integrations and testing

Payments and other integrations, tests and fixes.

  4. Days 27–30: launch

Production release, handover and a plan for the next phase.

Price

After the workshop you get a fixed price for the agreed scope. The proposal shows what it is made of: developer time, licences, infrastructure and our margin.

If the scope changes during the build, we agree the change and its cost before we start on it.
