You are employed by a resident of Moldova IT Park. You do not open or run a company.
The contract with your client, signed by us
We are the contractor on paper; you are the engineer doing the work.

Taxes, contributions and accounting covered by the fee
Taxes and Moldova IT Park contributions on your salary, the accounting and the administration are on us.

As an employee you stay insured in Moldova.

What your client pays, minus our fee, reaches you as salary.
The fee: from 12%
Our fee depends on the contract. It covers the taxes and Moldova IT Park contributions on your salary, the accounting and administration, and the invoicing and the contract with your client.
There are no other charges.

Questions
Do I need to open a company?
No. You are employed by JCode Solutions; the company and the contract with your client are ours.
Can I switch to my own company?
Yes. The employment contract ends by agreement and your client is free to contract with you directly.
Is this only for Java developers?
No. Any stack; our own projects are mostly Java, but your client's work can be anything.
I live in Romania. Does this apply?
No. The regime applies to tax residents of the Republic of Moldova. For Romania we have no equivalent offer.
